| Start with squash |

| Fry 'em up! |
| cool slightly |
| stacks of three |
| top with fresh sliced tomato |
| top tomato and squash with provolone rounds |
| Place in preheated (350) oven until melty and slightly browning |
| serve (or eat them all) |
